The Lube Dudes is looking forward to serving you. In order for us to do that in an efficient way, we need to know about the car(s) we will be servicing on the day of your scheduled appointment. When you first sign up for services, we ask that you create a profile that includes information about yourself and your vehicles. After that, you only need to log in and schedule your services. It's that simple!

First Timers
If you are using our vehicle maintenance services for the first time, use our simple registration process to create your profile. You will be asked to provide your contact and credit card information as well as information about the vehicle(s) that you want serviced, including the location of the vehicle(s) on the date and time for which you are requesting service. Please have your vehicle and credit card information handy, and review our privacy policy prior to creating your profile.

If you are requesting to have your vehicle(s) serviced at your place of employment, please confirm that your employers are Corporate Clients of The Lube Dudes or get permission from your management prior to scheduling your service. We do not offer refunds if we are turned away by employers or their representatives when we arrive to service your vehicle.

If your employer is not one of our Corporate Clients, and you would like to receive FREE Oil Changes for a year, learn more about our Corporate Clients and our Corporate Client Introduction program.

Return Customers
Login to schedule your appointment. No need to re-enter information that you have previously given us. Once your login is validated, you will have the following choices:

1. Schedule Service
2. View Your Vehicle Maintenance History
3. Add a Vehicle to Your Profile
4. Update Your Contact Information
5. Update Your Credit Card Information

If you are scheduling an appointment for a vehicle that The Lube Dudes has not previously serviced, or, that you have not previously entered into your profile, use the Add a Vehicle to your Profile function prior to scheduling services.

 

Corporate Client Introduction Program
Receive one year's oil changes for free when you get The Lube Dudes a meeting with the person/division in your company that can designate The Lube Dudes as a preferred vendor for providing on-site vehicle maintentance.

When the person agrees to take a 15 minute meeting with The Lube Dudes founder, Norbert Reichhold, send Norbert an e-mail or call him at 1-877-LubeDudes with the contact information. Once the meeting has taken place, Norbert will contact you and congratulate you for earning FREE Oil Changes for a year!

Policies and Procedures
