Cancellation Policy

Since we service specific geographic areas on specific days, it is more challenging for us to fill open time slots when cancellations occur. We need more time—more advance notice—than brick and mortar establishments. The faster we know that you need to re-schedule, the better we are able to service our other clients efficiently, resulting in a more happy client base.

Our cancellation policies are as follows.

Individuals
Please notify The Lube Dudes of your request to cancel by phone (1-877-LubeDudes). We do not accept cancellations by e-mail.

Full refund credited to your account when cancelled 72 or more hours in advance of scheduled service. 50% refund credited to your account when cancelled 48 -71 hours prior to scheduled service. No refund when cancelled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled service.

Fleets and Corporate Clients
Please notify The Lube Dudes of your request to cancel by phone (1-877-LubeDudes). We do not accept cancellations by e-mail.

Full refund credited to your account when cancelled 7 or more days in advance of scheduled service. 50% credited to your account when cancelled 4 - 6 days prior to scheduled service. No refund when cancelled less than 4 days prior to scheduled service.
