Is Lube Dudes a franchise?
Nope! We are a small local family business based out of St. Louis, Missouri. We branded Lube Dudes to look professional like a franchise, but we pride ourselves in giving the service of a mom and pop shop.

Can I use my own oil and filter?
We only perform oil changes using our premium oil and filter inventory that follow's your car manufacturer's specifications.

Will you spill any oil on my driveway?
Absolutely not! Lube Dudes uses a proprietary oil extraction system, ensuring there are no opportunities for drips or spills. We drain your oil from the drain plug and not the dipstick, which is a mistake that many shops. Extracting oil from the dipstick leaves up to 25% of your old oil.

What are your hours of operation?
Our hours currently are Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm. With demand, we will be expanding to Saturday and Sunday. However, we are open 24/7 for our fleet and commercial customers.

Does Lube Dudes service my area?
Lube Dudes currently services St. Louis and St. Charles. We may frequently work outside our service area with commercial customers. Give us a call and we will try to accommodate you.

Does Lube Dudes maintain my vehicle's warranty from the manufacturer?
Yes! Lube Dudes conducts warranty servicing in accordance with your vehicle's service specifications, utilizing supplies and parts recommended by the manufacturer of your vehicle.

Do I need to leave my vehicle unlocked?
No, we will contact you before your scheduled appointment to coordinate the collection of your keys.

Can you come into my parking garage?
Yes! We are capable of entering underground parking garages.

Can you come to my workplace?
Of course! We just need to have permission to conduct our services at your workplace.

Do you offer any other services?
Lube Dudes is specialized in oil changes and other maintenance services like filters and wiper blades. We will be expanding in the future to other services.

Do you service diesel vehicles?
Lube Dudes caters to the maintenance needs of diesel vehicles falling within the passenger car or light truck classification. In general, our services extend to all diesel vehicles, including those up to a five-ton truck. Feel free to contact us if you have additional inquiries.

How do I pay for my service?
Lube Dudes accepts various payment methods, including cash, debit cards, Visa, American Express, and all major credit cards. We will charge you once your service is completed.

How do you dispose of waste oil?
Lube Dudes collaborates with a partner involved with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources program to ensure the complete recycling of all waste oil, achieving a 100% recycling rate.

What if I need to cancel?
At Lube Dudes, we recognize that unforeseen situations can occur.

In the event that you need to cancel, reschedule, or become unavailable for your service appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will be charged to your account or credit card. If our technician is already on site or en route to your service appointment, an additional no show fee will be applied to your account or credit card.

If you're unreachable upon arrival, your appointment will be canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled time, and both the Late Fee and Cancellation Fee will be charged.

What types of vehicles do you service?
Lube Dudes services all makes and models of passenger cars and light trucks. In general, our services extend to all diesel vehicles, including those up to a five-ton truck.

Can you service more than one vehicle at a time?
You bet! The more cars booked, the more you save.

Does Lube Dudes service fleets?
Certainly. Part of Lube Dudes core business model is servicing large commercial fleets.

What if you can't access my vehicle?
Should we encounter difficulties accessing your vehicle, we will promptly reach out to you by phone. If you are accessible, we aim to relocate the vehicle to a serviceable location. However, if we cannot reach you or gain access to your vehicle, we will regrettably have to cancel your appointment and proceed to the next customer. In such cases, a cancellation fee and a no-show fee will be applicable.
